Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for supporting Shri Harikrushna Charitable Trust. Since our organization receives voluntary donations to support education, community meals, health camps, and gaushala activities, we request you to read our policy regarding refunds and transaction cancellations.

1. Voluntary Donations

All donations made to Shri Harikrushna Charitable Trust are voluntary. Because these funds are immediately allocated to active charitable projects (food distribution, gurukul supplies, medical equipment), donations are generally non-refundable once processed.

2. Transaction Corrections (Within 48 Hours)

If you have made a donation under an error (e.g. incorrect amount inputted, or double transactions triggered by network latency) and want to request a cancellation, please submit your request within 48 hours of the transaction date.

To request a refund correction, please email us at ssgkgurukul@gmail.com with the following details:

• Full name and mobile number of the donor.
• Receipt number and transaction reference ID.
• Donated amount and payment date.
• Detailed reason explaining the request.

The Trust will review the request on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the refund will be credited back via the same payment mode (card, net banking, UPI) within 7 to 10 working days, net of any payment gateway service fees charged by Razorpay.

3. Double Debits & Unverified Transactions

In case money is debited from your account but the page shows a cancellation or processing error, the money is usually reconciled by your bank or the payment processor (Razorpay). In such scenarios:

• If the payment fails to reach our account, it will automatically be refunded to your source account by your bank within 5-7 business days.
• If the payment successfully reaches our account but the receipt is unverified, please write to us, and we will manually verify the payment database and issue the receipt within 24 hours.

4. Cancellation of Recurring Sponsorships

If you have enrolled in monthly/annual recurring sponsorships (e.g. student educational sponsorship, gaushala fodder supply) and wish to cancel your monthly plan, you can do so at any time by going to your Devotee/User profile or contacting us. Once cancelled, no further amounts will be debited from your account.
